Get to Know Me
Amanda Sandner, Chief People Officer for Land of Lincoln Goodwill Industries and owner of Twisted Fork restaurant (with my husband) in downtown Springfield. I have been in Human Resources for over 20 years. I received my Masters Degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University. My husband and I have three boys who are all in their early 20s. I am a member of Illinois Women in Leadership, Women Entrepreneurs of Central Illinois, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the Association of Talent Development. I also serve on the Workforce Innovation Board which oversees the Land of Lincoln Workforce Alliance. I have been running an Airbnb out of my home since 2016 and have met tons of interesting and wonderful people. My hobbies include supporting wellness through essential oils and collecting (and enjoying) rare bourbons. I earned my real estate license in April 2023 and am looking forward to building my business and being part of a great team!
