The daughter of a military father, Amanda moved frequently in her early years before her family settled in Chatham—the community she proudly calls her hometown. Now a longtime resident of Springfield, she has deep roots in Central Illinois and an appreciation for the unique charm of each neighborhood.

Before launching her real estate career, Amanda spent over 16 years as a cosmetologist and salon owner. Running her own business taught her discipline, resilience, and the importance of building meaningful client relationships—qualities she brings to every real estate transaction. Her background laid the foundation for her client-focused, detail-oriented approach.

Amanda also brings more than 18 years of hands-on experience in art, design, remodeling, and staging. She’s participated in art fairs throughout Central Illinois and remains active in the local art scene. Alongside her husband, she has designed and renovated multiple homes, with a special love for restoring historic properties. Her staging expertise helps clients present their homes at their very best—ensuring they stand out in the market and leave a lasting impression.
